The
Works
Theatre. Research. Civic Practice. Astrology. Everything built on one principle: a human life is a story encoded in symbolic systems — and you are the author.

Speaking
How performance becomes civic intelligence — and why the body is the most honest data we have. For organizations, institutions, and communities ready to move from information to transformation.
A first-person account of building systems from inside systems not designed to hold the people they serve. For social workers, policy makers, youth workers, and anyone who has ever had to survive a bureaucracy to save someone else.
How symbolic systems — astrology, myth, the moon — function as frameworks for understanding collective behavior, institutional cycles, and the timing of change.
Research
Programs & Organizations
A training company rooted in over twenty years of child welfare, behavioral health, and public systems leadership. Programs for youth workers, families, and organizations navigating systems not designed to hold them.
The interdisciplinary container for the full body of work — where theatre, civic practice, astrology, and embodied systems literacy intersect. Grounded in the principle that symbolic systems are maps and every person is capable of reading their own.
A community organizing initiative structured as an ad hoc network plugging into existing Indianapolis infrastructure. Skye's role: artist, astrologer, and playwright holding adventure days at the crossroads.
As Bureau Chief of Children's Mental Health Services for the State of Indiana, Skye wrote several programs ensuring youth across all 92 counties had what they needed to survive, become productive citizens, and heal from trauma before age 18. The legislation and master plans are active and ongoing.
A 12-session sexual health education series rooted in the RACK framework and organized around the lunar calendar and zodiac seasons.
A 52-week nutrition and wellness ecosystem anchored to existing community infrastructure. Includes a monthly Sound & Sustenance open mic, First Wednesday Sound Bath, and Faith & Community Fellowship Series.
