Skye Berger is a Gary, Indiana native and Indianapolis-based playwright, astrologer, and systems navigator with more than twenty years of experience in public systems leadership. Her career has included executive roles in child welfare and behavioral health, including serving as Bureau Chief of Children’s Mental Health Services for the State of Indiana. Berger performs under The Skye Webb Walker Simulation, a solo performance inquiry examining power, policy, memory, and embodied survival. Her works include A Place for Plant People, Baby Mama Drama, The Welfare Lady Musical, The Search for Good Richard Owen, and Lysistrata 2026: The Sovereign Disconnect.
